Step one
Most people reach for a tool, or someone to execute day to day. But a tool doesn't build a plan, and no one can run a plan that isn't there yet. Even once the plan exists, if nobody's catching what's about to go wrong before it does, or keeping everyone accountable for their piece, it's an explosion waiting to happen, not a project moving forward.
That's what the ninety minutes are for. Before I build anything, we get the goal, the timeline, the risks, and the real constraints on the table together, in writing. Whether what you're bringing me is one bounded project or a business with a lot going on and no single view of where any of it stands, it starts the same way: with a charter we both agree to before either of us touches a plan.

The agreement on what you're actually doing: the goal and what done looks like, who's involved and who decides, your timeline, budget, and capacity, and the risks worth naming now instead of finding out halfway through.
How it gets done: the phases in order, what depends on what, who's needed when, and where the real pressure points are — plus a one-page readiness list of what to gather or decide before we start.
My honest read on what comes next and how it would run, so you decide with real information instead of a guess.
The scope, pricing, and delivery shape for that next step, kept separate from the charter itself — so the diagnostic work never doubles as a sales pitch.
What this isn't: the detailed project plan, with the dashboards and reporting views we'd actually run the work from. That's built during the one-week intensive that follows, the real project-space buildout. Your start date is scheduled first come, first served, since I only run one client through the intensive at a time.
